Who can stay with Financials Brooke Property Holdings?
Our residences are open to local and international corporates, private and public organisations, NGOs and individuals travelling for work or tourism. We were established to serve the clients of Financials Brooke Accounting, and they are always welcome.
Are the homes furnished?
Yes. Every residence is fully furnished, so you can arrive with a suitcase and settle in. Each one also has fibre internet, backup power and a modern design.
Where are your properties?
We have residences in Durbanville (Cape Town), Umhlanga in KwaZulu-Natal, Sandton, Pretoria and Mpumalanga. The Our Properties page describes each region.
How is a stay different from a hotel?
You stay in a full residential home rather than a single room, with the space and comfort of living somewhere rather than just sleeping there. It suits business trips as well as holidays.
Can you accommodate a team or a project group?
Yes. Corporate rentals are a core part of what we do. Tell us the size of your group, the region and your dates in the enquiry form and we will come back to you with suitable options.

How long can I stay?
We offer corporate and short-term residential stays. Tell us the dates you need in your enquiry and we will confirm what we can arrange.
What is there to do near my stay?
Our Tourist Highlights page lists well-known attractions in each region, from Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town to the Blyde River Canyon in Mpumalanga.
